The cart is solid and built to last. The stainless steel is 304 dull mill finish 18 gauge, which makes it hard to dent and easy to clean. It is light and very easy to maneuver (two handle bars). These carts are tried, tested and approved by our vendors for practicality and total satisfaction.

The grill and the double steam table run on propane. There are two propane tanks stored neatly and easily-accessible behind a door with a safety latch in its own propane compartment. It holds two twenty-pound tanks , so you will not run out in the middle of the day. Tanks are not included.
The cart rests on a D.O.T. approved heavy duty trailer (title available) with baked enamel finish. The leaf spring suspension system allows you to tow it safely at freeway speeds. The tires size is 4.8" x 8" standard.
The tow bar hitch is removable (great feature, as this looks better and you can walk around the trailer without having to jump over it). It is equipped with a 1 7/8" ball coupler with two safety chains, and is also available with an optional size 2" ball coupler.
The cart has tail, stop, signal and hazard lights. The wiring harness for the lights is male, and it comes with a license plate holder.
The grill is a double rack 55000 BTU with plenty of cooking space. The drip tray is below the barbecue and sufficient to hold grease for months, so you won t have to clean it every day. Please keep in mind that people prefer grilled hot dogs and sausages rather than steamed.
The steam table can accommodate various size pots with lids. You can use the steamer for hot dogs, buns, chili, cheese and sauerkraut. The steam table has two big independent cast iron burners and their shut-off valves. The stainless steel pans and lids (four 1/3 size pans 6" deep, one 1/2 size pan 6" deep, four 1/3 size lids, one 1/2 size lid and four separator bars) are included and easily removable for cleaning, and also NSF approved and listed.
The cart has four sinks with hot and cold water equipped with a 5 gallon clear water tank and a 7 gallon tank for disposed water.
The stow-case has two levels and is sealed (so you don't need to remove anything in case of rain). Its upper-level stow case allows you to keep 30 bags of fresh buns (12 buns/bag), behind two sliding doors. The lower-level shelf is the perfect place to keep extra foil, napkins, paper bags, straws, tongs, spoons, etc. It also has two sliding doors with handles.
The meat compartment is an icebox with a hinged lid and plenty of capacity to keep your products cold or frozen.
The 9 ft. market umbrella can be green or navy blue (your choice). The umbrella holder is in the center of the cart, which gives you perfect shade. There is no need to clean this umbrella and it is much cheaper and faster to replace. 9 years of experience selling hot dogs will tell you that a vinyl umbrella needs to be cleaned with a brush and soap in an open space once a week from the dust and the grease.
What you will love about this stand is that you won't need to carry the meat, extra sodas, trash containers, buns or propane tanks in your vehicle. Everything fits in the cart. You just hook the trailer and go. When you get to your vending location everything you need is already in the stand, and at the end of the day when you leave, there is no loading. This is a very practical and great looking hot dog cart.
