TEKTRONIX TDS640 500 MHz DIGITIZING OSCILLOSCOPE
Tektronix TDS 640 Digitizing Oscilloscopes are portable instruments suitable for use in a variety of test and measurements application and systems.
Four input channels, each with 2,000 sample record length. 8-bit vertical resolution.
Simultaneous acquisition of waveforms in all channels at the maximum digitizing rate of 2.0Gigasamples/second. All channels acquire at the full analog bandwidth of 500 Mhz and all have the same features.
Full programmability GPIB port installed.
Besides the input channels, up to three math waveforms and four reference waveforms (STORED) are available for display.
