Hardt commercial rotisseri oven
This rotisseri is very clean and looks to have been used very little.
Oven is 50"w x 40"d x 73"h and is on casters.
We did not cook anything in the oven but we did connect LP and 120 volts to it and everything worked. Now a little more about this rotisseri:
The Inferno is a gas-fired open-flame rotisserie. Hardt's patented technology makes the Blaze exceptionally energy-efficient and inexpensive to operate. The Inferno features simple-to-use controls and can be sprayed down at the end of the day for easy cleaning. It is capable of roasting up to 40 chickens in 90 minutes using HARDT's patented heating technology significantly reducing operating and maintenance costs. A waterpan on the bottom of the oven creates humidity to further ensure food is moist and serves as a cleaning aid by catching grease drippings. The Inferno is made of all stainless steel, and even comes with double pane door for large viewing area and cooler outer glass for safe operation.
Safe operation: burner and drive automatically shut off when rotisserie door is opened.
