SideWinder Custom Pickup Coil Winder
The SideWinder provides you with a solid and consistent platform to produce, and then reproduce accurate coil counts of your designs.
- Photo-Optic Trigger produces spot-on turn counts no matter what speed.
- Digital High Speed Counter w/reset button is Back-lit (Amber/Yellow) which enables you to read the numbers easily "at-a-glance".
- Counter has an 8 digit count with its own internal 10 year lithium-ion battery.
- Easy Access Front mounted speed control to run the motor from 0 1250 RPM.
-On/Off switch close to the speed control for emergency shutoff.
- 1/4" Kevlar reinforced urethane timing belt long service.
- High Speed Stainless Steel Flanged Bearings provide smooth operation.
- 100v-240v Auto-Switching Power supply will work in most countries; just add the proper conversion plug.
- Motor Reverse Switch on rear of machine to change winding or un-winding direction.
- Handmade red oak case with heavy .050 aluminum faceplate.
- 1 x4 x1/2" aluminum winder bars for stable mounting platform.
(Bobbins are attached to bars using double-sided tape.)
- wire guide bars are 1/4" solid polished brass and are adjustable horizontally to set your limits on a bobbin and also vertically to locate a position that is comfortable for your hand.
- Worktable is 14"x11 1/2"x5/8" with rubber non-skid feet.
