OA90 genuine mullard diodes qty 10 nos crystal set use
On offer are 10 genuine Mullard new old stock germanium diodes
The counterfeit diodes are only marked with a black or green band and no other markings. These parts are also listed as IN34A, OA90, OA91, IN270 etc.
Some minor tarnishing on the leads is evident as these parts were last made by Mullard in the late 70's. This does not affect the solderability of the parts.
These parts were classed as a high frequency germanium diodes suitable for FM demodulators and were also used as detectors at TV IF frequencies. These parts are ideal for crystal sets.
They are also suitable for other applications requiring a low voltage drop high frequency diode. Other applications include home brew VSWR bridges from LF up to the high VHF range.
We have tested a random sample of these diodes and found that they fully meet the published specifications
Ratings are 30V and 10mA. max.
