Chatillon 32 ounce stainless steel portion scale
This Chatillon 32 ounce portion scale came from an inn in Vermont that was established in 1960. It appears to be stainless steel and measures in 1/4 ounce increments. Seems to be working fine. Please note there is some discoloration inside the left side of the glass (around the outside of the rim), but does not affect the scale.
