This used Carter-Hoffmann Air-Screen Trayline Refrigerator (Model No. PHB-495A) great for on-site refrigerated holding for banquets and catered events, as well as a backup for buffets and cafeterias. Its voltage is: 120V, 60Hz, 1 Ph, 15.1A, 1800W.
Its construction is straight-line modular styling with all seams turned in to eliminate raw edges. It is made of nickel bearing type 304 stainless steel.
The unit powers on and holds a cold temperature.
