This Ace Glass 19/38 stopcock adapter is used. The stopcock adapter is slightly imperfect. There are no breaks or cracks, and both pairs of hooks and the outer joint rim (right of picture) are perfect. The inner joint rim has some small chips. The chips will not affect the performance of the stopcock adapter in any way. You can return the stopcock adapter for a full refund if you disagree with this assessment.
The stopcock adapter is co-branded, and looks to have been manufactured by Eck & Krebs, and distributed by Ace Glass. The stopcock plug has a 4 mm bore.
