New lincoln dtt conveyor oven 1921 ( in box)


New in the box and on pallet is a Lincoln Duel Technology Toaster Model 1921 for a counter top. Unit made for McDonalds. Conveyor opening is 9 1/2 inches across and 2 1/8" high. This unit has a separate button to turn off broiler and just keep the convection oven on.
I have a test unit also for sale that was used for 2 weeks for testing. Very much like new.
I have 2 of these ovens. I just hooked one up and the track time and temperature are adjustable. Unit has a strong fan for convection cooking and a separate switch for Top Element on / off. Display is a digital display showing current temp, heat on / off, and track time. Factory setting was 600 degrees F at 30 seconds. We adjusted to 300 Degrees for 2 minutes for a pizza and it worked great. Track opening is just under 9" and fits a pie pan without a problem.
The Dual Technology Toaster Unit produced by Lincoln Impinger utilizes a revolutionary cooking concept call AIR Impingement, combined with the additional heat source of Infra-red heating elements. It Provides exceptional baked food product quality in far less time than conventional devices on the market. The Dual Technology system directs a high velocity stream of heated air at the food product being baked. This blast effect penetrates the boundary layer of air encircling the product and heats the food more efficiently because the air concentrates heat on the product. Great heat transfer rates, which results in products backing two to four times faster then conventional means, are possible with Dual Technology. The Dual Technology process develops the high velocity air stream with a specially designed fan that draws supper heated air from the heat source (electric). The air is directed through a plenum chamber to Jack Fingers which have focused jack ports that Impinge the heated air into the product surface. The heated air is recycled to the heat sources after striking the product, thus reducing energy consumption. This unit is also designed with a cool skin technology for the outside surface.
The Dual Technology process is tolerant enough for sensitive food products and effects proper crisping and even browning of such products as they pass through the unit, because air is the medium which heats the food product.
