This machine has a 15-M Fanuc Control, Thru Spindle Coolant, Full 4 Axis, Dual 300mm Pallets, CT40 Taper, 40 Tool ATC, 512k Memory, Expanded Work Offsets, Expanded Macros, 200 Tool Offsets, New Spindle 2003, and All Manuals. Caterpillar type chip conveyor. Thru-spindle coolant is 220 psi. Spindle Oil cooler, Work light, cycle finish lamp, rigid tap, additional M functions (4 sets), registerable programs - 200 pcs., User Macro B - 200 variables, hi-feed package A, DNC Remote Buffer Interface 1, ethernet connection, automatic corner override, coordinate system rotation, helical interpolation, tool life management, work coordinate offset - 54 pcs.
Machine has cut 90% aluminum and 10% plastic. We have purchased a larger 4 axis machine to replace this one, but it is a great little machine for 4 axis work. It is currently on our shop floor and still being used occasionally for smaller jobs. It is under power and available for inspection.. We are located in Bellingham, WA (98226). This machine weighs approximately 15,500 lbs. and the measurements are 84" x 150" x 101".
