Insert Type ............ Some type of positive rake 1/2" ? square inserts, it does not have any inserts with it. It looks like you can use inserts without a hole or with a hole, spg or Similar. The inserts need to be 1/8" thick.
Hole Size ............. 1-1/2" With 5/8" Drive lug slots
Model .................. TMD4405RB3-U Wedge D440 and F31
Condition ............ Good used, complete with all screws and wedges needed.
