The furnace was originally purchased with the intentions of rebuilding and updating the entire assembly. The original hot zone was beyond service life. The liquid cooled power take throughs have been newly rebuilt. This furnace assembly requires a new hot zone, control system and power transformer. The rest of the system is newly rebuilt and the pressure vessel has been ultra sound tested which shows that the inner and outer walls of the vessel are in good condition. The ultra sound report will go with the furnace package. The Stokes 212H-10 roughing pump and 310-401CFM blower assembly has been newly rebuilt utilizing all new parts provided by United Vacuum. The original diffusion pump is in good condition, however; it has been replaced by a higher capacity brand new all stainless steel Torr Vac 10" diffusion pump. The original diffusion pump will come with this package. If you are looking for a nice heat treating or sintering furnace, this will make a good project.
