This is a beautiful shop's display table top mannequin.
Standing 26" (66 cm) tall, this fantastic table top mannequin could be used as a hat stand. You could drape your jewelry on it or just show it as it is.
Probably dating from the 80's and utilising a velvet material for it's covering this wonderful decorative item would really suit a period interior.
