This float switch appears to have been used but the contacts are not pitted and if it weren't for one of the KOs missing I would say this hadn't been used. No grime on the ss float or stem just a bit dirty from sitting on the shelf. Tried taking a pict. of the contacts but my camera doesn't do it well but there here anyhow. Cover is included but not shown. This unit was made to mount on the top of a tank and will alternatly turn on one pump then the other each time a pump is called for and both if the level gets too high. SS float is about 4'' by 4". Each side has a 2 pole switch which closes on rise similar to a standard sump pump. This item (2fji6)sells for $377.00 in the Grainger cat.
