Bently nevada adre 108 daq machine balancing vibration

Bently Nevada is owned by GE General Enteric
GE Bently Nevada systems include machine balancing, machine vibration analysis and monitoring system, portable and fixed monitoring.
Cold to hot alignment, better known as Hot-Align analysis, utilizing an ADRE system. Machinery component movement during startup to full operating condition, as well as heat soak, is monitored and measured. The paper discusses setup and installation procedures necessary to correctly collect and interpret the absolute and relative movement data.
The procedures were successfully used to correctly align steam and gas turbines, large compressor installations, hot process blowers and load units just to mention a few.
hot alignment, ADRE , centerline, shaft centerline, bearing case absolute movement, mils, potentiometer.
The Hot-Align application was developed as an answer to the industry requesting simpler data logging software and hardware capable of interfacing with off the shelf available instrumentation, hardware and software. The emphasis was to use a system that would be non-intrusive and easy to install, regardless if the machine was running or not. The data should be collected, interpreted and implemented by technicians and millwrights. Heavy-duty mathematics or midnight engineering assistance was to be avoided.
No Attachment cable interface etc But there are some leads and connectors i.e. Power cable with the machine they will be included we do not know what exactly they are.
Only equipment as seen in picture
