A unique brand in the USA but very common in Europe.
This height gauge is made in England and they (do/did) make the bulk of their product for Fowler.
If you have a Fowler Height gauge made within the last 15 years it was probably made by Verdict.

This a very high quality new height gage that had never been out of the box except to photograph and it is nowhere near a Chinese import.
