The innovative design of the Practik guarantees straightness to be within 1mm (0.039") over its whole length. Additional built in features of the Practik have created an indispensable general purpose cutter that is safe for both product and people. Using the Practik alone or with the BIG bench could not be easier, just place the cutter bar on the material to be cut, align it with the image registration or crop marks, depress the cutting head and push or pull it along to cut. A safe and simple no-nonsense general purpose cutter requiring no special skills. Whether used alone as a moveable cutting bar or in conjunction with the Keencut BIG bench to create a superb cutting table the Keencut Practik is an outstanding general purpose cutter. A safe, simple precise cutter requiring no special skills the economical Practik was specifically designed to cut large format graphics, signs, plastic panels and even carpet in applications where the acceptable straightness is within 1mm over the full length of cut. The patented linear bearings have been test run under load for 1600 km (1000 miles) with the result that they are guaranteed for 20 years. The Practik cutter bar is fitted with two full length rubber strips on the underside that grip tenaciously to any surface without marking.
