You are looking at two Fiber Pro 150 Commercial Slave Light Source 4 Color. One has cords and the other one doesn't. Can be bought on line or else where. It is Wed and Dry UL listed Illuminator with a 150 Watt metal Halide lamp rated at 10,00 hrs average life can be mounted on wall or surface.
