Two years ago I awoke up at 3 am on this date and designed in 30 minutes a convection oven to build the perfect heating oven.
The problem with building a large oven is the heated area can not balance the temperature until the heating elements are turned off. Hot air does rise, but its not the same movement in a controlled space.
The oven stands 64 inches tall by 96 inches wide by 39 inches deep. The interior dimensions are 36 inches high by 75.5 inches wide by 30 inches deep.
The interior is galvanized..........it will not burn because I use low wattage heating elements !
The electrical receptical you use is a 50 amp 4 wire. Its 240 volt single phase and only draws 42 amps.
This is the largest oven of my designs. It compromises the most important needs of an oven.
A plug in design. Eliminates local code inspections.
Size Enough to handle 99 percent of all necessary parts.
Convection Two fans and a plemiun design blend the air chambers and destribute the heated air behind
the ovens walls and back over the heating elements. It will balance the ovens temperature.
2 hour safety timer ( in case you forget to turn it off)
7) 1500 watt heating elements (won't burn your interior like other ovens)
