USED HEAVY DUTY ALL STAINLESS PITCO 40-50 LB. NATURAL GAS DEEP FRYER WITH CASTERS
This item is a nice used heavy duty 40-50 LB., natural gas fryer by Pitco. Features stainless steel front, tank, sides, door, and splashback. It is in very good condition and worked very well when tested. This fryer comes with 2 new fryer baskets, and is very space effecient. Equipped with 4 tubes that put out a total of 122,000 BTU's per hour, reducing the recovery time during those high volume, busy times. Also equipped with a 1 1/4" drain for easier cleaning and changing of cooking oil. Controlled by a thermostat ranging from 200 to 400 degrees F. Also, it's already mounted on 4 casters for easy mobility. Lots of service left in this unit. Would be a great addition to any restaurant, diner, cafeteria or concession stand.
