Cage-clamp Termination; Wiring Connections: 16 I/O Inputs; 18 Commons; 18 +V Voltage; Used in Applications with up to 132V AC & 156V DC voltage.
Each FLEX I/O module plugs into an individual terminal base unit (TB) and connects to the I/O bus & field devices. TB snaps onto the DIN rail to the right of the I/O adapter. The I/O adapter module plugs into the end TB. Each TB provides backplane connections between the I/O adapter module & I/O modules and terminal connection points for I/O wiring. TB units plugs together to form the backplane. TB allows Removal & Insertion of failed modules Under Power (RIUP). Available with SCREW or SPRING terminations.
