Unit is in good physical condition. Cosmetically there are scrapes and scratches. A bit of tape residue.
Item was powered up and turned on. On off has a hi / lo switch and the motor inside changed sound for hi and low. Fluid came out of the nozzle (not sure what it was yellow and clear).
Powered up, changed pitch on hi / lo. No other tests were performed.
