Newport Black Granite Optical Wafer Inspection Table 8"
This is a used Newport DAT Optical Table, with X-Y stage, with NO controller. Max. wafer diameter is 8" / 200mm. This table has a Newport base/stand included. The vertical top of the table is fitted with a large optical breadboard (1/4" threaded 1" OC) for mounting of cameras or other metrology & accessories. This unit was lightly used by a semiconductor startup company as a test bed for optical defect detection and vibration and motion experiments.
