Up for sale is an M & W model P-350 dynamometer serial number 2305.
I bought it a couple years ago just for my own use. When I talked with the folks at M & W they said that the machine was made in the early 50 s.
The cooling water coil is a brass tube laying in a figure eight pattern in the oil tank.
We found out after we got the Dyno that the coil leaked! We fixed the coil and refilled the tank with oil. Shortly after that one of the fifty-year-old tires sidewall gave away. So it has two new tires too!
The unit works great now. It can handle 90 to 100 horsepower tractors at 540 rpm.
Also included is an M & W maintenance, operation, service, parts manual for model P-400. M & W no longer has files on the 350 Model.
