1 watt pll fm broadcast transmitter hi fi stereo sound

Highest quality for 1W FM transmitter built & tested
LCD Display >> Easy to Read Frequency Setting in Dark
Low Pass Filter Included to Keep Low Harmonic
This 1W FM transmitter was built to produce excellent Stereo broadcasting quality,
while keeping low price and easy of use: just connect to a fm antenna, CD player/computer/mixer and 13.8V and you are on the air!
Choose your frequency with up/down buttons & LCD display.
It is engineered to work with lock range > 20 Mhz (88-108 Mhz without changing the inductor value at oscillator)
with low Freq. audio response is optimized, when turned on, there will be 3 seconds delay for the lock condition of the freq.
The output is filtered by 7th order Butterworth LPF. Therefore the RF output is Cleaner
At Start Condition, it will proceed a SELF-Diagnostic procedure.
The result will be display in the LCD, The Self-Diagnostic result is for:
-CODE#1 IC EEPROM : EEPROM IC is damage
-CODE#2 IC PLL : PLL IC is damage or the data cable is unconnected
The status of PLL, LOCK or UN-LOCK will be displayed at LCD.
After PLL LOCK there will be ON-AIR delay = 3 seconds before ON-AIR delay Output Activated.
Active = 0 volt. Not Active = 5 volt
Push <= button and => Hold buttons then turn on LCD.
Keep holding button until ENTERING SETMODE appear
Push <= button and => button until desired menu appear
Push => button and hold for more than 1 second to enter current menu
MENU 1. Station Name ( Change station Name )
* Character to be change is marked by underline / cursor. Push <=button and => button to change the character. There is 96 different character: Space, number 0-9, alphabets A-Z, a-z, and 33 special characters.
* Push <= button and hold for more than 1 second to move cursor to the next column. If cursor already end to the last column, it will be back to the first column
* Push => button and hold for more than 1 second to store the new station name.
MENU 2. PLL step ( change the PLL step )
* Push <= button and => button to change the PLL step. Available step is 50 kHz and 100 kHz.
* Push => button and hold for more than 1 second to store the new PLL step.
* The working Frequency will be reset to 98.00 MHz
MENU F. Reset / Default setting
* No further option. When F menu selected the memory will be reset to default factory setting.
Very simple to use (No tune design)
This Transmitter is 1W exciter with PLL controller. It has LPF Butterworth at the output section with LCD display that can show the Frequency and Station name continuously.
It has two colors blue with white character, with lock Range >20 MHz can be control around 88 - 108 Mhz
86 MHz - 110MHz Design for 88-108Mhz Very Stable
It has the dual sampling stereo coder, Frequency generate with XTAL 4.864Mhz and it creates 19kHz and 38kHz signal with highest stability
This Circuit is design with the combination of analog and digital technique. Each audio Channel is sampling twice each periods of digital signal reference.
Specification for dual sampling stereo coder
