Windsor commodore carpet cleaner/extractor parts/repair

This scrubber has 618 Hours on the counter. We did find a few flaws during our inspection and testing, one of which is that the threaded rod which connects the lift-mechanism for the vacuum to the handle on the control panel has broken and so the vacuum will not lift when it is turned off.
During actual testing of this sweeper we discovered that the drive motor is shot. When the clutch is depressed, the clutch-solenoid can be heard to engage, but the drive motor does not run, and the brush does not turn. The vacuum motor and solution sprayer both work properly, and could probably be used as parts to repair another unit.
