simply connect this to your soundcard (must be a good one with high sampling rate) and load powerSDR software.
comes with modul for 15m (the band is now open)
I used it for a short time with great results
there is plenty of info on the net about this and it should work well for you. This is definately not plug and play and requires you to experiment
What you see is what you get, unit only, you need some simple patch leads that every radio amateur should have anyway.
