The Watlow Anafaze MLS300 series is a powerful line of multi-loop controllers, combining performance and flexibility with compact design. Available in 16 and 32 loop versions, the MLS series can provide a complete control solution for large scale applications. Support for multiple types of sensor inputs is available: including thermocouples, RTDs, linear voltage, current and frequency. Each can operate as a stand-alone system, and includes built-in serial communications for computer interface and data acquisition. In addition, the MLS includes cooling algorithms to handle water, air, or oil cooling for extruder applications, and an algorithm to minimize over or undershoot in response to set point or load changes. Optional programmable ramp and soak features allow complex batch processing and sequencing.
Features include autotune, job storage & recall for up to 8 recipes, versatile alarms on each loop, 34 digital outputs on each unit, RS-232 or RS-485 serial communications, multiple & mixed inputs, menu guided keypad and display. Use Watview HMI Software to interface with the MLS300 Controller.
