20/20 SeedSense Monitor delivers the information you need to make more money with your planter.
The planter monitor in your cab today delivers sanitized population data. It tells you if you are within your target planting population with about a ten percent margin of error. So if you have 5% skips and 5% doubles, your monitor is happy because you are planting at 100% population. That s not good enough.
The 20/20 SeedSense Monitor System gives you better information AND more information. Information that lets you actively manage your planter and make changes that make you money.
See expensive planter errors before they cost you a penny.
20/20 SeedSense has helped many growers make more money. In a survey of users 98.6% said they would recommend it to their friends and neighbors.
Four reasons why you need this monitor:
*Find hidden mechanical problems and correct them at planting
*Perfect planter performance by adjusting meters, vacuum pressure, transmissions and speed
*Improve productivity by maximizing planter speed without compromising performance
*Measure and adjust downforce to eliminate costly root compaction and slotting
1. Touch Screen Display big 8.5 monitor for easy navigation and operation
2. Smart Pin Now you can measure the amount of excess weight being carried by the gauge wheels so you can finally manage downforce and reduce sidewall compaction. By measuring the weight transfering to guage wheels, you can tell if the planter is at full planting depth . . . and if you could remove weight (reducing sidewall compaction) and still maintain depth. White and Kinze Planters will use a smart link instead of a pin.
3. Smart Pin Installation just remove a pin in the depth adjustment linkage on three of your rows and replace it with this Smart Pin. For White planters and some Kinze planters, you will recive a replacement link rather than a pin.
4. Smart Connector the brains behind the system . . . simply mount it on the frame of the planter and plug it in between your existing 37-Pin connector. The Smart Connector intercepts the information coming from the seed tubes and process it into more valuable management information.
5. Row Unit Module here is the accelerometer and processor for down force. Just bolt this to the rows with the Smart Pin. Now you can watch how smooth or rough your row units are riding and see the impact this ride is having on seed spacing.
