Esi RV622A decade voltage divider, 2 ppm, nist-cal'd
The picture shows the unit set to 0.123456-please note its input and output voltages. This ESI voltage divider is rated at +/- 2 ppm.
The interior of this item is very clean with no signs of overvoltage. Its input resistance is 100,000 ohms, not 10,000 ohms as with some cheaper voltage dividers, and as much as 700 volts may be safely applied to its input.
