1989 jcb 1400B, 4WD rubber tire backhoe loader
This is a 1989 JCB 1400B backhoe. The hour meter shows approximately 3600 hours, but the tach and the other gauges are not working so I do not know how many hours are on this machine. The machine starts easily, runs and digs strong. The diesel engine does not leak or smoke. The hydraulics are extremely strong this machine digs very well, there are hydraulic cylinders that are leaking (a couple with a steady drip). The machine has a cab frame and most of the hinges are present, all but a few windows are missing. The brakes do work, they will stop and hold the machine on level ground, I don't know how steep a grade you want to test them on. The tires are approximately 50-60% they do have good life left. The seat is torn but most of the cushion is still there. The buckets are in good condition, loader bucket would be better with a cutting edge.
