This used 2007 model Cadco OV-250 (XA006) convection is in good working and cosmetic condition and was tested by a restaurant equipment tech.
* Handles three 1/4 size sheet pans & standard 2 1/2 deep half size steam table pans(pans not included)
* Three shelves slot (2 included)
* Two modes: regular baking and finishing, control for top brown finishing and no rotation necessary
* Heat settings from 175 to 500 degrees F (indirect heat)
* Double thermal glass door is removable for easy cleaning
* NSF, UL approved (through CSA Standards)
* 120V, 12A, 1440 Watts, Single Phase
