You can see my drawings as they progressed. Phase 1 the concept the one with the bracket on top, phase 2 the more streamlined unit and phase 3 the one most simple and tweeked with the elongated front. The displayed drawing has been futher adjusted for clarity of building procedure.
DO NOT CUT!! - Do not cut the pipe the exit volume will be INCREASED by some FOUR to FIVE times and I do not know if I will be able to help you then. You are being aided by the kinked pipe at this point. Example have you ever had a hose kink in the yard? How much dose the flow increase when you get the kink out. From 4 inches of water output to some 3 feet or more. The unrestricted flow will result in much more that your stated 20%.
These Drawings, Were sent to "BP-Deepwater Horizon Response"-attention to Emergency Team I sent these May 14th-2010. I have had no response at all. I am using this venue as a last resort. Youtube when I learn how.
I have also sent these drawings to Texas State Governor Perry no response as of yet.

I sent same to Fox News Now same result so far.
I have done all that I can I have also made several phonecalls.
I am asking them what I believe to be fair compensation for full rights to my drawings.
What happened when you attempted the top kill was like that of installing a supercharger into the well and there-by increasing the volume of flow at a greater speed. The flow must be stoped to plug the well. My unit can and will do this.
The TOP KILL will not work unless you are able to overide the exit volume by at least injecting some 40% more than the flow escaping into the well pipe. The more you put in the greater the escape volume.
I am willing to fly to the Gulf with my draftman to supervise the needed work it will take one work day more or less depending how fast you are able to gather the needed materials and how quickly they can be made ready for use. I can send list ahead of time.
With my valve installed Top Kill can be easly accomplished as the flow of oil will be shut off at the exit point and there will be no need to override. You will then and only then be able to effect the TOP KILL desired and also be able to inject the concrete to effect the permanent seal desired.
