This sale is for an Agilent/HP 41421B SMU Plug-in Module for the HP 4142B
It has been tested and works well.
The HP/Agilent 41421B Source Monitor Unit occupies one slot in the HP 4142B mainframe.
The 41421B sources voltage and monitors current, or sources current and monitors voltage.
Separate FORCE and SENSE terminals enable Kelvin connections (remote sensing).
