"M20" dip-coating machine with drying oven
good condition, just slightly used for 6 months
The M20 line is a semi-automatic surface preparation and dip-coating line capable of treating up to 20-30 lenses per hour.
The M20 is controlled by a modern PLC for ease of operation and adjustment of process parameters. Operator set up the recipes via a touch screen 3"1/2.
Oversized, rigid aluminium chassis with:
-integral stainless steel spill tray
-swinging doors on bottom part, giving access to all valves
-integral, waterproof electrical cabinet
-Top section with horizontal class 10 laminar flow box
-City water: 80l/hour, 40 C @ 3bars
-D.I water: recycling system included
-Power supply: 208/220V-50-60 Hz, 3 phase, 2KW
Each rack, dimensions: 141x110x63mm (LxWxH) holds up to 4 lenses.
