This is a unique, custom, one-of-a-kind website. The domain/website is 2/12 years old. There is about 400 member/profiles.
Since I put the website up, I've bought other websites. And furthermore, I just don't have any additional time to SEO this site. That said, this is tough letting go of my first website. But I hope there is someone out there to put a little TLC into this site. This site was at a PR 2 for 2 years. And just recently fell back to PR1. I've put absolutely, no work (SEO) for at least 2 years. I hope someperson can see the potential of this site with probably very little effort.
At this time there is no income generated from this site. There is no adsense. At first, I was only interested in acquiring as many member/profiles as possible. I've only approved legitimate profiles. I still manage to get a few profiles every couple days with no advertising.
At the end of sale. YOU will be responsible for copying, transfering the folders to your webhost. I can recommend a site that will work with this software. There hosting is about $10.00 a month. This site is currently hosted with godaddy.
* PHP 4.1.2 or higher with safe_mode disabled
* Zend Optimizer 2.6.2 or higher
* Unix/Linux or Windows Apache webserver (Windows IIS Servers are not compatible with this software)
* HTML experience if you wish to modify the templates
