Made in the USA. Also stamped 10959C.
These carbs do show some minor surface oxidation but all screws, levers and other moving parts are in great shape. It just needs a bath in some WD-40. Mounting holes are on 1-3/4" centers. Unit is 2-3/4" high and about 3" wide. Most of all my parts are from the 1980's.
