This unit came to our showroom recently and it has been tested and found to be in perfect working condition. There is no signs of this unit being used before, and it is almost in brand new condition. In this business, it is really rare that we come across equipment as clean as this one. The unit is made of high quality stainless steel, which is in as good condition as the day the unit rolled out of production line. The door latch, control board, interior, heating element, lcd display, all in perfect condition. This unit is designed for warming and keeping plates that are ready to be served, warm. It can hold up to 84 plates of any size and shape (up to 12 1/2") round, square, oval, and even bowls that are 2" high or lower. It can also hold up to 48 2 1/2" deep full size hotel pans. This unit here is the Warming Cabinet that comes with the shelves as seen in the picture, and you will need the Plate-Mate plate holding accesory if you want to store plates instead of hotel pans.
