This is a really nice kit from Cementex
It is a 60 piece deluxe kit with torque wrench and box
Tested to 10,000 VAC and rated for 1,000 VAC/1,500DC when working on live parts
Two color insulation for added safety
If yellow underlayer shows through tools may no longer insulate properly

All tools are like new with the exception of the 3/16" x 6" Cabinet Tip Screwdriver
That screwdriver has some damage to the insulation by the tip, nothing major
Some of these tools were probably never used
