This 1 lb feed is perfect for a complete starting feed for pheasants, chuckar, and quail (Buttons, Cortunix, Bob White, California Valley, Gambles, Blue Scale, etc.) This should be the only feed given from 1 day to 8 weeks of age as a starting feed. I use this for all my Button Babies, and Cortunix, Bob White , and other quail and they really do well. It is the perfect size for their little beaks to pick up whereas some you have to grind the feed before feeding to your quail. If you want a breakdown of the analysis of the feed, I will be glad to tell you what it is. All my birds raised from this feed are very healthy.
