VOLLRATH CAYENNE COUNTERTOP WARMER
The Vollrath Cayenne 72050 Heat 'n Serve countertop food warmer provides maximum serving capacity in a minimum footprint. It's ideal for buffets, concession stands, or restaurants with limited countertop space! This is the extra large size. It is called the 4/3 size.
* Sized to hold four third-size pans or three round insets with an adaptor plate. These are sold seperately.
* Self-insulating thermoset well for maximum energy efficiency and longer life
* Two 800W dome cast-in elements meet rethermalization standards and offer longer life. These are mounted directly in the bottom of the unit and heat like two 1200 units because there is no insulating dead space under the inner pan.
* Non-stick coating on element reduces scale build-up for longer service life
* Capillary tube thermostat for more effective temperature control
* 18-8 stainless steel wrapper for easy cleaning and longer life
* Raised drip edge/bead on thermoset well keeps condensation in well and off the counter
* Recessed control prevents accidental temperature changes and damage
* Pans, insets and adaptor bars sold separately
* Adaptor plate (Item 19188) with three 8-3/8" (21.3 cm) diameter holes for 7-1/4 quart
