I used this to warm steaks in a pizza shop. It can be used on numerous products and works great. Instant steam power! I have had it for a couple years and bit was used when I bought it dont really know how old it is but it just has been serviced and is in great working order and in really good shape. It is heavy I would prefer local pickup! This cost $1400 new save big here!
