Brand new Red/Green Bi-Color LEDs.

These are in the PLCC-4 SMD package, big enough to easily mount by hand. (YMMV)
The leds are arranged with the cathodes and anodes opposed, meaning that if you mount them on PLCC-2 pads with the two contacts on each end shorted, reversing the polarity will switch from red to green. (See the diagram below.)
Forward voltage, max = 2.5 V (both colors)
Forward voltage, typical = 2.0 V (both colors)
Dominant wavelength at IF 10 mA: Red 628 nm, Green 570 nm
