Alto Shaam 750B Heated Holding Cabinet, Two NEW Pans
This unit utilizes Halo Heat, which is a controlled, uniform source of heat that gently surrounds the food, allowing for a better appearance and taste. It has a door opening that measures 22" x 26", and is designed to hold standard full size hotel pans. The number it can hold varies by the depth of the pan. We have included the two NEW pans seen in the picture, both measure 6" deep.
The temperature range for this cabinet is 60 to 200 degrees Farenheit. There are handles on each side and it is on wheels for easy transport around the kitchen.
