12 Automatic (Dual Mode) Sealer
Automatic sealers are designed for continuous sealing of thermoplastic materials. The sealer is equipped with an electronic timer and electromagnet. The unit operates on impulse sealing and is controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board. Once correct settings have been established, consistent seals will be maintained automatically. Sealer includes an electric foot switch.

n Set the control on Auto, the sealing bars will have a continuous up and down movement
n Frequency of movement can be set by the operator at his/her convenience
n Just insert the material to be sealed when bar opens and remove when seal is done
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS (MANUAL)
n Set the control knob to Manual
n Insert the material to be sealed between two sealing bars
n Press down on the foot switch to activate the sealing bar to close
The sealing bar will be released when seal is finished
