This listing is for a New Peerless Gas Multi-deck Pizza Oven Model 2348P with enamel finish. (We have other Peerless ovens in our store designed for general baking or Mexican/Enchilada cooking. All these ovens are available with Stainless Steel doors or with Stainless Steel Front sides and Top) The multi deck oven in this listing is setup for Pizza and has a 650 thermostat and 1" stones on each of the 4 decks.
