LeCroy LA354 500MHz 4 Channel Analog Oscilloscope LCD
Up for sale is a great condition LeCroy LA354 500MHz analog oscilloscope. This unit has been tested and is in great working condition. The unit will come with the pictured front cover and a new power cord. There are no probes or manuals included with this unit, just what you see in the pictures.
This scope is in like new condition and performs flawlessly. There are a few scratches on the handle, but everything else is in great condition. The front panel and display are flawless, with no scratches or any marring. The knobs turn easily and responsively, and the buttons press firmly. The carry handle locks into place and securely braces the unit as a kickstand. The rubber feet and the plastic accessory pouch are in great condition.
This LA354 has the Serial Number - 0157271.
Whether or not you are looking for a great general scope or specifically an analog scope to compliment the digital scopes in you lab, the LeCroy LA354 is the perfect choice.
The LA354 is a 4 channel - color LCD display, analog storage oscilloscope. This high-end analog oscilloscope for the digital age has a conservatively rated 500Mhz band width. This scope has variable persistence in a choice of colors which is exceptional for glitch capture and single event viewing. It has a full set range of cursor measurements and built in frequency counter.
For years, engineers have insisted on oscilloscopes that offer both ultra-high brightness and storage capability in a single unit; capabilities that until now were only available from digital oscilloscopes. Unfortunately, digital oscilloscopes lack one very important capability - the ability to observe unanticipated waveforms. Only analog oscilloscope can do this. Moreover, both digital and analog scopes have difficulty observing noise waveforms, jitter, and detailed video signal waveforms using delay sweeps.
The new LA-354 from LeCroy solve all of these problems. Its ultra-high writing speed and scan converter allow it to capture and store even the most infrequent and irregular signals, providing the ultimate waveform observation tool for researchers and engineers.
The LA354 has an Analog Bandwidth of 500 MHz and a storage writing speed of 5 div/ns.
Analog oscilloscopes offer unique benefits in solving specific measurement problems. The analog display provides important clues to relative frequency content of signals mixed together or the occurrence of low rep-rate events on repetitive signals. The LA354's scan- converter tube, combined with a TFT-color LCD screen, effectively displays and stores these "grey scaling" and "persistence" effects with up to 5 div/ns writing speed, and its ultra fast display update rate lets you see how the waveforms behave in real time.
The standard multipurpose trigger, wide- input offset range, 51/2-digit frequency counter, and comprehensive cursors make the LA354 a truly universal storage oscilloscope.
* Storage Writing Speed 5 div/ns
* Variable Persistence Storage
* Timebase Dual Delay
* High-Speed Autosetup
* Cursor Measurements
* Event and Burst Trigger Modes
* Full TV Trigger with Clamping

Four channels up to 500 MHz are available, with CH1 and CH2 boasting the widest frequency range with highest sensitivity (2 mV/div). The fastest sweep speed is 500 ps/div.
The LA354 has a visual writing speed of 5 div/ns and a display update of one million times per second, thanks to its unique scan converter tube technology.
Timebase Dual-Delay Function
Permits simultaneous "zoom" examination of two separate portions of a waveform in real time.
Suitable for the observation of small signals superimposed on large signals. The DC input offset function features an offset equivalent to 500 div. max, which can be applied to CH1 or CH2.
Counter Measurement Function
Built-in 5-digit counter for frequencies up to 500 MHz.
Save/Recall up to 256 Panel Settings
Dedicated power supplies for two FET probes. Controls DC offset voltage of each probe as well.
TV triggering is available for NTSC, PAL (SECAM), and HDTV. Field (EVEN, ODD, BOTH) and line select functions are included.
Easy observation of TV video signals with fluctuating average voltage. Back porch level of composite signals is fixed to ground level for display.
* Data recording, finding servo anomalies, glitches and intermittent phenomena in disk-drive head signals
* Pulsed laser related measurements
