We couldn't find a brand name for this product. We received this item in a container and it was wrapped up in tissue paper and/or other protective covering. This came in a gigantic lot of Newport NRC, Melles Griot, EG&G laser optics equipment. This description is based on a visual inspection only and we include approximated measurements. We also acknowledge any nics or chips or scratches. Refer to the pictures. We have no idea what this is or what it's used for. Measurements: 13.87 mm diameter circle cut on top.20.00 mm diameter circle cut at base. 27.74 mm heighth. Notes: no chips, appears to be custom cut though
