This is generous four piece catering sized stainless steel stock pot set.
The sizes of each and individual pot will be suitable for a wide range of culinary uses.
The largest of the four measures volume capacity of 15.2ltr, this size would suite from catering to a large family.
The second size is 11.4ltr, again a very good size this would enable you to slow cook a whole chicken/turkey and this will allow the meat to tenderise and fall off the bone, and be very tender to the pallet.
The third again is at a superb size 7.6ltr, a good size for stews and casseroles, to warm us up in the colder months; also any remaining could be frozen.
The pots with being stainless steel they can be placed in the freezer once the contents have cooled. They will also be suitable to be placed in the oven to reheat safely and thoroughly.
