This item is a brand new FMA Omcan 12" electric meat slicer. This slicer has a anodised aluminum alloy body. This is an Italian made unit. The Italians make the finest slicers. The high carbon steel blade is hard chromed, with a hollow ground taper for extended sharpening and blade life. These belt driven machines offer exceptional cutting consistency and durability. The carriage moves smoothly on ball bearings allowing effortless cutting of deli meats and vegetables. Easy to disassemble for quick cleaning. Perfect for larger volume operations. The 300F slicers offer a larger body size and motor than the 300E. A great choice for delis, grocery stores, and meat processing operations. Thanks for looking. Remember to never use spray shortnening on a slicer arm. Use food grade silicon spray only. NOTE: OK for cheese slicing.
